Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Ready stock take 1 to 3 business days to arrive; pre-order take 7 to 14 busienss days to arrive. International orders will take extra time to arrive.

Q. How can I know whether my order has been shipped?
After your parcel has been sent out, our system will send an email to you automatically to inform you the tracking number and the courier company used. If you didn't receive email from us, you may check your "Junk" file. Or, you may log in to our website and click <My Order> to check your tracking number.
Q. Whether can I track my parcel?
Tracking number and courier company will be informed when we shipped out your order. If you are not familiar with online tracking, no worries! Our system support online tracking thus you can check your parcel status in your order.
